Be especially aware of the following foods and drinks, which are known to trigger heartburn:
-Coffee, Tea (decaffeinated and regular) ( don't drink em, not a problem)
-Spices (you have got to be fucking kidding me. Spices! All spices?!? so all my food must be tasteless.)
-Onions (lovely, see above)
-Caffeinated and/or carbonated beverages (I think we're down to water and fruit juice now)
-Tomatoes and tomato juice/sauce (there goes pasta, pizza, etc. etc. etc.)
-Alcoholic beverages (No fuckin way!)
-Pepper (I guess they didn't think of pepper enough to call it a spice)
- Citrus fruits (oranges and grapefruits) (oops, there goes fruit juices too.)
-Fried/fatty foods (there went pretty much everything else)
-Chocolate (eh)
-Peppermint (again, eh)
So basically, I'm allowed to eat plain chicken, plain turkey, bread (with NO butter, too fatty) and water.
Sounds like a wonderful fucking existence.
Fuck this fuckin shit.
On a related note, I did decide to commit the mother of all sins, at least temporarily and have cut Mt. Dew out of my diet. Talk about rough. Anyone who knows me knows how hard this is for me to do. But, my stomach hasn't given me much problems at all today so I think it's working. Sucks big ass though.
