New company offers service that helps you find someone to transfer your cell phone contract to if you want out. Gets you out completely. They charge $19.99 for the service but only after your transfer is complete. Also allows you to take over someone else's contract, for free with incentives thrown in by the person wanting out.Pretty cool concept.
